Kate BakerWhen it comes to baking, I am a perfectionist – music to the ears of any cake-lover! I pride myself on my ability to create stunning designs that taste truly sensational. You can be confident that every order is treated with the utmost importance, to ensure my creations are the icing on the cake at any celebration.

My love of baking began when I was just 7 years old, spending many hours eagerly watching my mother and grandmother magically whipping up all sorts of delights in the kitchen – recipes that I still use today and have further developed myself.  I’ve since become a CPD certified baker and I hold a Diploma in understanding Nutrition & Health, so now have extensive technical expertise to compliment my passion for creating beautiful, delicious cakes.

My superb range of cupcakes, cakes and fondant fancies are all freshly prepared, baked and packed by hand. All decorations are made by me, this way I can add personal touch to each order. My speciality is to bake with root vegetables such as carrots, parsnips & beetroot. These ingredients provide moisture and natural sweetness allowing me to add far less butter & sugar to the recipes making a tastier delight for you to enjoy. Think veg in cake sounds crazy?  Many people do until they try it!  However, if you prefer, I can also offer traditional flavoured cakes.
